Quotes, Pricing, and Project Scope

EyeSoar provides custom quotes based on project details. Pricing may depend on factors such as project location, travel distance, site size, flight requirements, service type, deliverables, urgency, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and other project-specific considerations.

Any quote provided by EyeSoar is based on the information available at the time of the quote. If project conditions change or if additional work is requested, pricing and timelines may change.

A project is not confirmed until EyeSoar and the client agree to the project scope, pricing, schedule, and deliverables.

Scheduling, Weather, and Site Conditions

Drone-supported services may depend on weather, visibility, daylight, wind conditions, airspace restrictions, site access, safety concerns, and other factors outside EyeSoar’s control.

EyeSoar may reschedule, delay, modify, or decline a flight if conditions are unsafe, noncompliant, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested work.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, access instructions, site contacts, safety requirements, and any known hazards or restrictions that may affect the project.

Deliverables

Deliverables may vary depending on the project scope and service type.

Deliverables may include aerial photos, thermal images, mapping visuals, video clips if agreed upon, orthomosaic-style visuals, 2D or 3D visual documentation, or other project-related files.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, EyeSoar does not provide edited marketing videos, certified inspection reports, engineering reports, licensed survey documents, or formal professional opinions.

Delivery methods may include digital file transfer, shared folder, client portal, physical drive, or another agreed-upon method.

No Engineering, Surveying, or Certified Inspection Services

EyeSoar provides aerial visual documentation, drone-supported inspection support, thermal imaging support, and mapping visuals.

EyeSoar is not a licensed professional engineering firm, land surveying firm, utility engineering firm, or certified inspection authority. EyeSoar does not provide engineering analysis, certified inspection findings, legal boundary surveys, official land measurements, survey-grade deliverables, or professional recommendations that require a licensed engineer, surveyor, inspector, electrician, utility professional, or other regulated professional.

Any aerial imagery, thermal imagery, mapping visuals, or visual documentation provided by EyeSoar is intended to support review, planning, documentation, and decision-making by the client or qualified professionals. Clients should consult the appropriate licensed or qualified professional when a project requires engineering review, legal surveying, official inspection findings, certified diagnosis, or regulated professional judgment.

Thermal Imaging Limitations

Thermal imaging can show temperature differences and potential heat patterns, but it does not automatically identify the cause of a condition.

Thermal results may be affected by weather, time of day, surface materials, moisture, equipment load, environmental conditions, sun exposure, wind, and other factors.

EyeSoar does not provide certified thermal diagnoses, roof leak confirmations, equipment failure diagnoses, engineering findings, or official inspection reports. Thermal imagery should be reviewed by qualified professionals when further evaluation is needed.

Drone Mapping Limitations

Drone mapping can provide useful aerial visuals, orthomosaic-style imagery, 2D and 3D visual documentation, and project documentation.

Drone mapping provided by EyeSoar does not replace licensed land surveying, legal boundary work, engineering review, or official measurement documentation.

Projects that require certified boundary surveys, legal land records, survey-grade measurements, property line determinations, or engineering decisions should involve the appropriate licensed professional.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to the project, including location, property access, known hazards, safety rules, site contacts, deadlines, service needs, and any special requirements.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permission for EyeSoar to access or capture imagery at the project location unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and using them appropriately. EyeSoar is not responsible for decisions made by the client or third parties based on visual documentation, imagery, or mapping visuals.
